What is your shipping policy?

Dispatch time is: 1-3 Working Day
For Custom Orders: 2-3 Weeks

Our standard delivery for domestic and international packages are:
Deutsche Post for flat items
DHL, DPD or UPS for all others

Free shipping to Germany

What are your policies on returns and exchanges?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital downloads
